Finally, June 22th, we started the well drilling. We were held up by the weight limits on the road and then simply because of other work ahead of us. The same week, June 24, they started the install of the septic system. The well ended up at 65 feet. Later on testing showed the water had iron bacteria so I ended up with a water softner and an"iron curtian." The later filters out all the iron and the "rotten egg (sulpher) smell. All in all, I am pleased with the taste and smell of the water.
