The week of February 24th the crew was getting the attic/loft area ready for the roof trusses which arrived on Tuesday. They got all of the roof trusses put up on Tuesday, with the exception of the front porch and the lower level screen porch. These will be done at a later date. The rest of the week will be spent getting the roof sheathing on.

IMG 3100Garage trusses are next IMG 3102Needed to make a slight adjustment for the trusses over the garage door. They put an 18' header over the door so it wouldn't sag in a few years. This wasn't on the plan so the trusses didn't fit. If you look closely, you can see where they cut one of the braces and added another 2x6 for support on the back.
