Party Down Picnic

Latest Update - December 12, 2020

Moved from the cottage level to my home on the main floor October 31. I had to wait for a refrigerator. My October 21st delivery date got bumped back another 6 weeks but my wonderful sales rep at Furniture and Appliance Mart in Plover managed to get me their floor model which was identical to what I had ordered. Finally delivered October 28th.

Still not really moved in. Since I did not get a chance to discard much when I packed, I'm doing that now. And as we all know, that is a very laborious process. So still unpacking and putting away.

On Labor Day we had a Party Down Picnic on the cottage front porch. It was a true picnic where we all had to bring our own food, drink, eating utensils and chairs, for the cottage was empty and the water turned off. In attendance were those of our friends and family who, over the years, had helped Tom and I maintain the cottage: Ken & Irene Paupore, Neil & Ann Dill, Tom's bother Bill and wife Mary, and Bill & Mary's daughter Michelle and husband Al, and of course Carin & Austin.
