On March 10th, Nick and I did a walk through with Curt Yakel, the electrician, and determined placement of lights, switches, which ones were decorative (I supply) and which are standard recessed (Curt supplies). I had talked with Curt the prior Friday and explained some of my general thoughts: like outlets 20 inches from the floor instead of the standard 12" (easier for old folks to reach); and the fact that I wanted a Generac generator switch installed next to the entrance; plus room for a solar inverter for future solar.

I took a ton of pictures to try to document were the wiring is was before they put up sheetrock, probably still didn't get enough.

They are also connected to the generator.IMG 3558Backside of the second breaker panel in the garage.IMG 3452Wall outlets in master bedroom. All of my wall outlets are set at 20" to the bottom of the box instead of the usual 12". Easier to reach that way.IMG 3460All boxes on the exterior walls are air-tight.IMG 3451More air-tight outlet boxes.IMG 3506The box on the right is for a TV and my house network access: 1 coax, 1 TV ethernet and 1 LAN ethernet.IMG 3464Curt and helper discussing how to wire the lower level kitchen. There will be ethernet to office, under the stairs where I'll put a wi-fi AP, and everywhere there is a TV drop.IMG 3693 1And FINALLY, March 31, 2020, the power company got the electric run and the meter in.
