Framers finished up Thurday March 12 after putting in stairs to the attic, putting in windows and doors, making a few changes and finishing up.
The front door. It will be painted red. We only had room for one side lite, but it does have a nice transom over it.
The rest of the exterior doors. There are a total of 9: the entries into the house and garage plus one for the attic, one for the stair from garage to basement, one for the cold storage under the porch.

Attic area will be left unfinished, but we will run power and a heat vent if we want to finish in the fulture.
There is a full 8 feet of head room, but insulation will be between the floor trusses and the attic floor.
Window facing the lake in attic. I should have put a window at the other end too, but missed that on the plan. I'm not going to add it now. Something for the future.
They have to build the walls around the stairwell yet which will get insulated.
Sneak preview! This is what it looks like when the stairwell enclosure is done. The door will be an insulated exterior door, because attic will not be heated.

Where the 2 person sauna is designed to go. The stove will be where the boxes are. Benches on right.
In the back is where the one and only bath tub will go. The short wall is for a shelf at the back end of the tub.
Sneak Preview!! Here is the tub in place. The "shelf" looks a bit high, I will probably have them lower it.
The overhang (sometimes called eyebrow) above the main windows got built. I had it added to shade the windows in the summer. 
Balcony framing finished. The deck will be manmade material TREX or a recycled product called REVOLVE made by Renew Plastics in Luxemburg, WI
The shingles got put on over the weekend, March 14-15.
